Apr - Aug 2025Joined TOUT when the React Native app was failing in production. Led a complete rebuild that got us to our first stable alpha with 10 users in 3 months. Built an invite-only system with OTP verification that kept the community safe while we grew. Added Sentry, Grafana, and Prometheus which helped us catch bugs 40% faster before they hit users.
Senior Full Stack Engineer
Jun 2024 - PresentLeading a global team of 5 engineers to modernize HELPAR's platform. We migrated from CRA to a Next.js Turbo monorepo, cutting deploy times by 60%. I architected a multi-tenant NFC platform that lets brands track how customers interact with products after purchase, complete with analytics dashboards. Built it on AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, and S3 to handle thousands of concurrent users without breaking a sweat.
